Payment Authorization

By proceeding, I authorize Incorporating Solutions Group, Inc. to charge my credit card through Authorize.Net, its designated payment processor, for services requested, including entity formation services, government filing fees, registered agent services, business address services, and any other services agreed to verbally or in writing.

I understand that submitting my payment information constitutes authorization to process charges in accordance with the services selected.

One-Time, Recurring, and Variable Charges

I acknowledge that charges may include:

  • One-time service fees

  • Recurring service fees (where applicable)

  • Government or third-party fees

  • Variable charges that do not exceed agreed-upon limits

I understand that charges may be processed at the time of service initiation and/or upon submission of filings.

Refund Policy

I acknowledge and agree that certain fees are non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Government filing fees

  • Third-party costs

  • Expedited services

  • Services already rendered or submitted for processing

Refund eligibility, if any, is governed by Incorporating Solutions Group, Inc.’s Refund Policy.

Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

I agree not to initiate a chargeback or payment dispute for authorized charges that comply with this authorization and the applicable service agreement.

I understand that initiating a chargeback for authorized services may constitute a breach of contract and may delay or invalidate services in progress.

Government & Third-Party Processing

I understand that Incorporating Solutions Group, Inc. submits filings and requests to government agencies and third-party providers, and that processing times, approvals, and outcomes are outside its direct control.

No guarantees are made regarding approval, processing time, or filing outcomes.

Electronic Consent & Records

I agree that this authorization and acknowledgment are executed electronically. I understand that electronic consent has the same legal effect as a handwritten signature and that records of this authorization may be retained electronically.
